What is the turnaround time?
Most orders are completed within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise noted. Handmade takes time — but I promise it’s worth the wait.

Do you do custom orders?
Custom orders are limited to products marked custom on their page. Every piece still holds the same Wild Moon magic as my other designs. I’ve worked hard to create a specific vibe for my work, so while I truly appreciate other styles, my heart belongs to the ones I’ve dreamed up myself.

Can I send you my own shirt to embroider?
Unfortunately, no. I’ve tested my chosen shirt brands over and over to ensure the stitching works beautifully with the fabric. Unknown materials can cause issues — and if something can’t be replaced, I can’t take that risk. If you’d like a color not listed, reach out and I’ll see what I can find for you.

What happens if my shipment is lost or arrives damaged?
If your order goes missing in transit or arrives damaged, contact me right away. I’ll work with my shipping partners to track it down or offer a replacement if needed.

How should I care for my new items?
For embroidered items — machine wash cold, inside out. Skip harsh detergents and fabric softeners. Lay flat or hang to dry. Shirts can be fluffed on low heat, but avoid high dryer temps.
For hand-knitted cardigans and blankets — machine wash cold and tumble dry on low to medium heat. Avoid high heat for all handmade items.

What is that soft layer inside my shirt?
That’s a gentle backing for embroidery — it covers the stitches and stabilizer so nothing scratchy touches your skin.

What is your return policy?
Custom orders are non-refundable. If your order is damaged in transit or deemed lost by tracking, I’ll replace it. If something isn’t quite right, reach out and we’ll work together on a solution.

Are all your designs handmade?
Yes! From the patchwork quilt toppers in my appliqué to the hand-knitted cardigans and blankets — every piece is lovingly made by me. 

Do you offer extended sizes?
Yes! If you need a size not listed, just ask. Not all colors are always available in certain sizes, but I’ll do my best to find a match. Some extended sizes may have a small upcharge due to supplier pricing.

Are all of your designs Appalachian-inspired?
For the most part, yes. Appalachia is home — it’s shaped who I am and I’m proud to share its magic with others. You’ll also find a little sweet Southern charm stitched in.

What is Wild Moon?
Wild Moon is part spirit, part place, and part fascination.
It’s the wild streak we all carry — the kind that runs barefoot through the grass and knows which way the creek bends. It’s rooted in these Appalachian mountains, where every ridge has a story and every backroad feels like home. And it’s a nod to the moon, constant and ever-changing, just like the lives we lead.
Truth is, there’s a bit of Wild Moon in everyone — you just have to let it shine.
